Chanel is commonly known as an expensive store, their signature colors (Black&White) are known and recognizable by everyone. They only sell at Retail Stores, their stores are all black and white , the Staff wears only black or white clothes , they have to have be sophisticated and simple just like the brand. Chanel stores look luxurious ,their interior design is high class and their product presentation is glamorous. Chanel has kept their stores at Main Cities such as New York , Beverly Hills , Paris , Madrid, etc. Their products are not affordable to middle class since they range from $1000 and up. Customer Service is one of a kind since they are like personal shoppers making the shopping experience unforgettable and making the customer like they have a stylist , their staff is well trained about the products and they give a good image to their company. Karl Lagerfeld has a close bond with Anna Wintour ( Vogue's Chief in Editor) and she has featured Products in their photographs , making Chanel bigger. Chanel is one of the biggest brands, their designs and taste have put them to the top. Chanel is different from other brands and they have made their products known, Many celebrities wear their clothes and some of them make it to the Ads , Nicole Kidman has been in many Ads for Chanel and the new French actress featured in the film "Coco Before Chanel" is one of the new faces fro the brand. Chanel keeps expanding and making sure that their customers get the best service.
