Strategic Planning

Chanel is commonly know  as an expensive brand. Most people cannot afford buying a $2,000 Chanel bag. Chanel's strategy is almost the same as other brands (Christian Dior , Prada, Miu Miu, Proenza Schoulder and others), the brand attracts everyone because its quality and design. Chanel's strategic planning is based on the design, they make unique clothing with good materials, they also make bags and shoes that attract many customers because of its quality and uniqueness. Chanel's products are mostly bought by high income customers and sometimes low income customers. The brand's strategy plan is to attract customers through celebrities, they wear their products on the red carpet and on the streets, making the consumers desire Chanel's products and wanting to buy them.  Chanel has quality products that last a really long time and they have good fabric. They have an excellent customer service, they hire workers that are able to interact well with the customer and giving them a high class feel, their store are fancy and they attract the customer with their store decoration and their good customer service. Chanel is in high demand for their unique designs making their company one of a kind
